At ILLECEBRA LINGERIE, due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons, all sales of intimate apparel are final, except where required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for bras, panties, lingerie sets, bodysuits, or other intimate apparel for reasons such as change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personal preference. This applies to worn and unworn merchandise, including items with original tags and packaging, except as required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. We will review your request and offer the appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund when required by applicable law.
